Cautions when PU in use：

a.Preheat

Remove moisture by preheating units at 70~80℃ for 1~2h (more time if lower temperature). More viscous under low temperature for the resin part. Please preheat the material to 25~45℃ before use.

b.Stir

During storage, settlement would occur in the resin part. Please mix thoroughly before use.

c.Mix

Add part A & B by weight ratio. Stir in the same direction for 2~3min and avoid exposure to the air. Pay attention to the bottom and wall of the container for comprehensive curing.

d.Degas

Vacuum(≤-0.1mpa) is needed while stirring if the surface is desired to be smooth and no bubble. If mechanical measurement is used, step c and d can be skipped.

e.Cast

Pour the mixture into the units. If the structure is complex and large, we recommend to cast for multiple times. Use heat gun to eliminate bubbles caused by casting.

f.Cure

60℃/6～8h or 25℃/48h. More time is needed if lower temperature. To avoid bubbles, we recommend to cure at 40~60℃. Our products are sensitive to humidity. Moisture causes bubbles during curing. Operating condition is suggested to be 23±3℃, RH<70%.

g.Seal

After opening, the resin and hardener parts should be used up ASAP, or sealed immediately to avoid moisture penetration.
